In order to strictly implement American Standard II/V clinker quality process, Chizhou Conch firmly strengthened process control and quality management, caused product quality to rise high.

Firstly, the quality department implemented, fulfilled quality control thought “Grasp the source, Note process and Guarantee the result”, strengthened the source quality control, guaranteed purchased materials qualified and founded a good basis for next process and stable mix materials.

According to the present mine status of resources, supplementary material site planning, and the mine side slope mixed high magnesium layer scheme deliberated with Chizhou Conch mine department, the quality department actively assisted the mine department to raise the limestone rate qualified.

Secondly, during the quality management and control process, Chizhou Conch insisted on the quality principle, seriously implementing process discipline, executing “one poll deny system”, stopping behavior of affecting next process and the final product quality, raising all staff's quality consciousness, making  product quality enhanced with steady steps, realizing the annual non-suit good result;

In the process management, Chizhou Conch carried out the tabulation management; established the more standard tabulation to supervise purchased materials and delivery goods, which enabled them to track all quality change of the goods.

Moreover, Chizhou Conch also vigorously promoted the quality analysis staffs’ diathesis, carried out the basic skills through action, strengthened product image and quality analysis staffs' training work.

Chizhou Conch strictly tested, analyzed purchased steam coal, inlet kiln materials, powdered coal, outlet clinker, SO3、LOSS, guaranteed clinker qualified.
