Since the starting-up in later July last year, the 9100kW WHG for 5000tpd line in Ningguo Cement plant has been running smoothly and in high efficiency with the accumulated electricity yield of 102 million kWh(93.62 kWh in net), achieving considerable benefit with its effect on energy-saving and consumption-deceasing.

As the Conch’s first self-designed and self-developed WHG, Anhui Conch Cement Co.,Ltd and Ningguo plant have been focused not only on its construction work but the actual performance also. In order to get the smoothly operation of the system, based on the new feature of the new system and the experience of 6480kW WHG for the first cement line, Ningguo Cement Plant arranged the staff trainning for new WHG system according to well-prepared plan, especially focused on the site patrol worker and CCR operators. During the daily operation, the Plant insists on recovering the utmost waste heat with the precondition of no interfering to the normal operation of the kiln. Now, all kind of technical and economic indexes of the cement production line are optimized continuously, and the combined energy consumption of clinker production, coal and power consumption have been decreased compared with last year’s figure, the WHG system are running very stable.
