On 27 Sep, the cleaning-production evaluation approved in Lushan Conch by the expert group, headed by Jiangxi provincial environment protection bureau and includes Jiangxi provincial economic and commercial committee, Jiujiang city environment protection bureau, Jiangxi provincial environment protection association. The acceptance marks the new stage of Lushan Conch on cleaning-production.

On morning of 27 Sep, after arriving at Lushan Conch, the expert group first heard the cleaning-production evaluation report, then checked the production site, investigated the cleaning-production evaluation procedure, and checked the relevant document. After serious discussion, the expert group deemed that the cleaning-production evaluation report was made complying with the standard, covered everything necessary and all the key parts were emphasized; the evaluation procedure complied with the requirement of Temporary Regulation on Cleaning-production Evaluation issued by the National development and reform commission and state environmental protection administration, and the cleaning-production evaluation plan was fulfilled. All the group members agreed to approve the evaluation.

By means of this evaluation, the understanding of Lushan Conch management and normal employees to the cleaning-production and evaluation procedure is promoted, enthusiasm to take part in cleaning-production is enhanced, and sense of responsibility to the society regarding cleaning-production is strengthened. Lushan Conch will take this successful evaluation as an opportunity to make more effort to finish the unfulfilled cleaning-production plan, to explore further cleaning –production potential capacity, and continuously do cleaning-production relevant work well.
