On September 24 17:00, with a long steam whistle, the Scan Bulker vessel loading 26,000 metric tons cement slowly left Xing Shengwei port, which symbolized China Cement Plant Company Limited smoothly finished the first lot cement exportation duty in 2007.

In order to ensuring exporting cement to have enough port site stock, the company planned ahead of time, held a special conference, established leading team, arranged production organization, packing and delivery etc. Meantime, the company drafted the plan for ensuring delivery, combed delivery process, ensured all the delivery process under the control.
