On August 22, Qiangjiao Conch smoothly piled the first cement column into sea bed during 2×5000 ton special-purpose wharf construction, which symbolized to open Qiangjiao Conch wharf project construction prelude.

Qiangjiao Conch has an ability of grinding 3.2 million tons cement, its wharf passed through strict and complex specialized demonstration. It nearly spent one year to finish application for construction .Qiangjiao Conch finally obtained administrative permit of Zhejiang Provincial Communications Department on April 4 and approval of Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission on May 23.
