In order to dispel the investor’s hesitation and anxiety, secretariat of board and Essence Securities together arranged the investment organization to visit Conch’s Subsidiary in South China on July 3rd - 5th. The chairman of board Guo Wensan, executive director Guo Jingbin and secretary of board Zhang Mingjing took special trip to go to south of China and communicated with investors face to face.

The investigation team visited Xingye Conch, Beiliu Conch,Fusui Conch and Yingde Conch. In the evening of July 4, Conch Cement management and investors organization team held a meeting at Yingde Conch International Hotel. More than 23 heavy warehouse shareholder representatives attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the investors’ problem concerned mainly, including the production operation, the market demand, the project investment, the purchase and merger several aspects. Regarding investor's each question, Chairman Guo Wensan and executive director Guo Jingbin etc, earnestly gave the reply. The investors were satisfied of the answer.

After visiting the plant and deep communication with the management, the investors had understood the production, marketing, cost and management of Conch’s subsidiary in South China. They also realized South China region sales volume's atrophy, was mainly the rainy season factor influence. Considering the second half of this year, market would concentrate the release the demand, all believed that the annual whole sales was not affective.

Through this investigation, the investors indicated that they not only saw the neat plant, but also the site and detail management was orderly and good. The company took a serious of effective action on energy saving and emission reduction, controlling and lowering the production cost, especially WHG project, its contribution was great，the investment cost would be returned in 2—3years.They also felt that Conch’s leader and staff were very diligent, effective. Through this full communication, everybody unified the thoughts on the market supply-demand relation judgment. Although the A-share market price fell largely, they would still have confidence on holding Conch Cement for long time.
