On April 20, the cooperative agreement for Conch Cement project of 4×4500t/d cement clinker production line in Zhong County Chongqing City signed in Shanghai. Main leaders of Shanghai Committee of CPC and government, Chongqing Committee of CPC and government attended the signing ceremony. Entrusted by Chairman Guo Wensan, trustee Yu Biao signed the agreement with Zhong County government on behalf of Conch Cement.

Before signing ceremony, Chongqing City delegation held a meeting with the enterprise leaders, introduced Chongqing economic development situation, especially urban development plan, invested and established enterprise excellent conditions， said that Conch project had significant strategic sense for cement industry structural adjustment, and requested Chongqing Economic and Trade Committee to hold special meeting ,and research and solve the concerned matter for Conch locating in Chongqing city.
